Wow....I don't know where to start. After I graduated, I moved to Guatemala and entered nursing school. It was an amazing experience...I didn't finish, however because I got really sick and had to come back to the US. By then I was fluent in Spanish and married to a Guatemalan. The plan was to move back after I had my baby so I could finish school, but then he was born with some serious health concerns so we had no choice but to stay here. I worked in banks and at Lutheran Social Services translating for about 5 years. Then, my (now ex) husband and I moved back to Guatemala so I could finish school because our son was now healthy enough and would you believe it--the school would no longer allow American students! Then everything fell apart in my 6 year marriage and I moved back to the US, got a job at the SD State Pen and discovered that I loved it and am good at it...and I met the man who is now my husband and I could not be happier. We just had a baby in April, and he has 2 daughters from his first marriage so we have 4 altogether...so it is a busy life, but I love it! It's not at all what I thought I would be doing, but I am glad to be where I'm at.  See you all there!!!

After high school I went to USD for two years and then transferred to the University of Sioux Falls where I graduated in 2001 with a degree in education. I have been teaching in the Sioux Falls school district for the last five years. I currently teach kindergarten at Discovery Elementary and I love it! I also finished my MA in Education at SMSU this last Spring. I am looking forward to seeing many of you in October!

    The concept of it being tens year since I graduated didn't really hit home until my 28th birthday in July, double wammy huh.  Since graduation I tried college twice thinking I had found my passion with no luck so right now I'm working towards a partership business with my fiance'.  In the meantime I work for Interior Technicions as a building supervisor.  As far as personal life, I have been in a relationship with Donald (the love of my life) going on six years.  I might pop  out a kid in the future but I really am enjoying my freedom so we're in no hurry.  But we do have two dogs.  
    I have stayed planted in Sioux Falls the entire ten years and it has been crazy to watch how much this city has changed in just a decade.  I have seen very few people from class since graduation so it was a trip to look through all the updates.

Life has been moving fast since '97.  Since then I have graduated from SDSU where I met my wife, Jessica.  After SDSU I worked at the Penitentiary in Sioux Falls for just over a year.  From there we moved out to Hot Springs where I was a Police Officer for two years.  In May of this year we moved to Watertown so I could start what appears to be my dream job, Firefighter/EMT!  Oh yeah, I am going to be a papa at the end of February!!

After HS I attended USD and received a Bachelor's in Health Service Administration in 2001.  I moved to Omaha, NE the summer of '02, and worked for Methodist Health System for a couple years, then onto the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and then an insurance agency.  I finally realized that nursing was my calling, and became a CNA at Creighton University Medical Center in 2005 and started nursing school at Metropolitan Community College in 2006.  I will be an RN in May of '08.  
I can't wait to see everyone and catch up.

After high school I attended Augustana College and graduated with 2 degrees--Business Administration and Management Information Systems.  I married Mike Christopherson (RHS class of '98) in October 2004 and we have 2 beautiful daughters.  Olivia Kate is 4 and Danika Michele is 9 weeks.  They are truly the reason I was born!  I have been staying busy keeping up with my girls and their pug puppy, working in pharmaceutical sales and doing projects around our house on the west side of Sioux Falls.

Hey all. after graduating in December from HS, I went to USD. I earned my first bachelors in Psychology in '01, earned my second bachelors in Criminal Justice in '03. I graduated in May with my Masters in Community Agency Counseling from USD and am starting the PhD program in August. I work with families in Northwest Iowa and work to reunify families involved in the Iowa Department of Human Services. I am still a Republican, Catholic and Norwegian.......in that order. I have the cutest nieces and nephews in the world!! Sorry, I don't have an olden day pic for me....I destroyed all that evidence years ago;)
